| א לַמְנַצֵּחַ לִבְנֵי-קֹרַח מִזְמוֹר. |
1 For the Leader. A Psalm of the sons of Korah.
|
| ב רָצִיתָ יְהוָה אַרְצֶךָ; שַׁבְתָּ, שבות (שְׁבִית) יַעֲקֹב. |
2 LORD, Thou hast been favourable unto Thy land, Thou hast turned the captivity of Jacob.
|
| ג נָשָׂאתָ, עֲוֺן עַמֶּךָ; כִּסִּיתָ כָל-חַטָּאתָם סֶלָה. |
3 Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of Thy people, Thou hast pardoned all their sin. Selah
|
| ד אָסַפְתָּ כָל-עֶבְרָתֶךָ; הֱשִׁיבוֹתָ, מֵחֲרוֹן אַפֶּךָ. |
4 Thou hast withdrawn all Thy wrath; Thou hast turned from the fierceness of Thine anger.
|
| ה שׁוּבֵנוּ, אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׁעֵנוּ; וְהָפֵר כַּעַסְךָ עִמָּנוּ. |
5 Restore us, O God of our salvation, and cause Thine indignation toward us to cease.

| ו הַלְעוֹלָם תֶּאֱנַף-בָּנוּ; תִּמְשֹׁךְ אַפְּךָ, לְדֹר וָדֹר. |
6 Wilt Thou be angry with us for ever? Wilt Thou draw out Thine anger to all generations?
|
| ז הֲלֹא-אַתָּה, תָּשׁוּב תְּחַיֵּנוּ; וְעַמְּךָ, יִשְׂמְחוּ-בָךְ. |
7 Wilt Thou not quicken us again, that Thy people may rejoice in Thee?
|
| ח הַרְאֵנוּ יְהוָה חַסְדֶּךָ; וְיֶשְׁעֲךָ, תִּתֶּן-לָנוּ. |
8 Show us Thy mercy, O LORD, and grant us Thy salvation.
|
ט אֶשְׁמְעָה-- מַה-יְדַבֵּר, הָאֵל יְהוָה:
כִּי, יְדַבֵּר שָׁלוֹם--אֶל-עַמּוֹ וְאֶל-חֲסִידָיו; וְאַל-יָשׁוּבוּ לְכִסְלָה. |
9 I will hear what God the LORD will speak; {N}
for He will speak peace unto His people, and to His saints; but let them not turn back to folly.

| י אַךְ קָרוֹב לִירֵאָיו יִשְׁעוֹ; לִשְׁכֹּן כָּבוֹד בְּאַרְצֵנוּ. |
10 Surely His salvation is nigh them that fear Him; that glory may dwell in our land.
|
| יא חֶסֶד-וֶאֱמֶת נִפְגָּשׁוּ; צֶדֶק וְשָׁלוֹם נָשָׁקוּ. |
11 Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
|
| יב אֱמֶת, מֵאֶרֶץ תִּצְמָח; וְצֶדֶק, מִשָּׁמַיִם נִשְׁקָף. |
12 Truth springeth out of the earth; and righteousness hath looked down from heaven.
|
| יג גַּם-יְהוָה, יִתֵּן הַטּוֹב; וְאַרְצֵנוּ, תִּתֵּן יְבוּלָהּ. |
13 Yea, the LORD will give that which is good; and our land shall yield her produce.
|
| יד צֶדֶק, לְפָנָיו יְהַלֵּךְ; וְיָשֵׂם לְדֶרֶךְ פְּעָמָיו. |
14 Righteousness shall go before Him, and shall make His footsteps a way. {P} |
SEPTUAGINTA (LXX)
Εἰς τὸ τέλος· τοῖς υἱοῖς Κορὲ ψαλμός. - 2 ΕΥΔΟΚΗΣΑΣ, Κύριε, τὴν γῆν σου, ἀπέστρεψας τὴν αἰχμαλωσίαν ᾿Ιακώβ· 3 ἀφῆκας τὰς ἀνομίας τῷ λαῷ σου, ἐκάλυψας πάσας τὰς ἁμαρτίας αὐτῶν. (διάψαλμα). 4 κατέπαυσας πᾶσαν τὴν ὀργήν σου, ἀπέστρεψας ἀπὸ ὀργῆς θυμοῦ σου. 5 ἐπίστρεψον ἡμᾶς, ὁ Θεὸς τῶν σωτηρίων ἡμῶν, καὶ ἀπόστρεψον τὸν θυμόν σου ἀφ᾿ ἡμῶν. 6 μὴ εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας ὀργισθῇς ἡμῖν; ἢ διατενεῖς τὴν ὀργήν σου ἀπὸ γενεᾶς εἰς γενεάν; 7 ὁ Θεός, σὺ ἐπιστρέψας ζωώσεις ἡμᾶς, καὶ ὁ λαός σου εὐφρανθήσεται ἐπὶ σοί. 8 δεῖξον ἡμῖν, Κύριε, τὸ ἔλεός σου καὶ τὸ σωτήριόν σου δῴης ἡμῖν. 9 ἀκούσομαι τί λαλήσει ἐν ἐμοὶ Κύριος ὁ Θεός, ὅτι λαλήσει εἰρήνην ἐπὶ τὸν λαὸν αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐπὶ τοὺς ὁσίους αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐπὶ τοὺς ἐπιστρέφοντας καρδίαν ἐπ᾿ αὐτόν. 10 πλὴν ἐγγὺς τῶν φοβουμένων αὐτὸν τὸ σωτήριον αὐτοῦ τοῦ κατασκηνῶσαι δόξαν ἐν τῇ γῇ ἡμῶν. 11 ἔλεος καὶ ἀλήθεια συνήντησαν, δικαιοσύνη καὶ εἰρήνη κατεφίλησαν· 12 ἀλήθεια ἐκ τῆς γῆς ἀνέτειλε, καὶ δικαιοσύνη ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ διέκυψε. 13 καὶ γὰρ ὁ Κύριος δώσει χρηστότητα, καὶ ἡ γῆ ἡμῶν δώσει τὸν καρπὸν αὐτῆς· 14 δικαιοσύνη ἐναντίον αὐτοῦ προπορεύσεται καὶ θήσει εἰς ὁδὸν τὰ διαβήματα αὐτοῦ.

5 converte nos Deus Iesus noster et solve iram tuam adversum nos
6 noli in aeternum irasci nobis extendens iram tuam in generationem et generationem
7 nonne tu revertens vivificabis nos et populus tuus laetabitur in te
8 ostende nobis Domine misericordiam tuam et salutare tuum da nobis
9 audiam quid loquatur Dominus Deus loquetur enim pacem ad populum suum et ad sanctos suos ut non convertantur ad stultitiam
10 verumtamen prope est his qui timent eum salutare eius ut habitet gloria in terra nostra
11 misericordia et veritas occurrerunt iustitia et pax deosculatae sunt
12 veritas de terra orta est et iustitia de caelo prospexit
13 sed et Dominus dabit bonum et terra nostra dabit germen suum
14 iustitia ante eum ibit et ponet in via gressus suos
